Our Vision
Carra, LLC was born from a simple truth: we’re stronger together.
Carrie Bissell and Sara Bush met while working as independent contractors for a
nonprofit. It didn’t take long to realize that their skills, creativity, and drive complemented
each other perfectly. As they collaborated, they discovered something even bigger—a
shared passion for supporting women-led businesses and nonprofits that champion
women’s causes.
As Carra grew, so did their clarity of purpose. Time and again, they met brilliant,
hardworking women with big visions but little marketing support. These women were
running businesses, leading nonprofits, and driving change—but struggling to get their
message out, reach the right people, and scale their impact.
So, they made a choice. Instead of trying to be a one-size-fits-all marketing agency,
Carra evolved into something more intentional—a focused, affordable, and strategic
resource dedicated to helping women-owned businesses and nonprofits succeed.
At Carra, we know that when women rise, we all rise. That’s why we’re here—to provide
